EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) takes place on 25-29 October 2021

The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) takes place on 25-29 October 2021 digitally with an overarching theme: ‘Towards 2030: Reshaping the European Energy System’.

EUSEW is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. The main agenda includes a three-day policy conference, the EUSEW Awards ceremony, the European Youth Energy Day and online networking opportunities in a virtual networking village.

  • The policy conference covers sessions on sustainable energy, new policy developments, ideas and best practices organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders.
  • The EUSEW Awards give recognition to inspiring initiatives in four categories: engagement, innovation, woman in energy, and youn energy trailblazer.
  • The second edition of the European Youth Energy Day gives young people (aged 18-30) a platform to share their vision on Europe’s energy future and making the Green Deal a reality.
  • The networking village offers opportunities to exchange ideas on policies and best practices in an exhibition, series of talks, labs and online meetings.

An extended programme from 11-22 October complements the main event with a series of digital events, workshops and panel discussions. In addition to these, a myriad of local Sustainable Energy Days will be organised digitally across Europe in October.
